LONGITUDE SKELETON MECHANICAL
The Fluid lines of the Longitude lend themselves to a compelling example of fine watchmaking. A handwound beautifully skeletonized mechanical movement seemingly hovers in the middle of the case between the top and bottom lenses of the Longitude family shaped case.
Framing the movement inside the 44 mm diameter stainless steel case an outer ring of hour indexes painstakingly applied creates a balance and structure that allows for visibility into the inner workings of the movement and all its intricacies while giving the wearer a legible view of time elapsed.
Available in a choice of Arabic indexes or roman and baton shaped indexes, each execution is a suitable and worth addition to the Longitude collection from Thomas Earnshaw.
With a sapphire coated mineral lens on the top and bottom of the Longitude, the case wears to the owners wrist courtesy of an Italian tanned genuine leather strap that is a stunning piece of workmanship all of itself.
